Digital Media and Religion

My name is Larissa (Grau) Soares Carneiro. I am a master degree student at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais - Social Communication Department. My major interest is studying the relation between digital media logic and religion on jihadist websites - Hamas - in constructing mythical narratives.

FOUCAULT, Michel. Des espaces autres In Architecture, Mouvement, Continuité, n°5, octobre 1984, pp. 46-49. This paper presented by Foucault at Conférence au Cercle d'études architecturales, March, 14, 1967 is very usefull and insightful to think about spaces and no-spaces and, I must say, to consider the difference between sacred and profane spaces.
